Gents,

I know you'd appreciate a 1968 GT6 mk1 restored to its previous glory. See my latest (and last) edition to the LBC collection at members photos (couldn't figure out how to post a photo here.)

My wife just doesn't understand that you can't own just one LBC. She's readied the divorce papers...

Not diggin the white interior pieces too much, but that doesn't bother me one bit with the rest of the car how it is!!!!!! Sooo clean and sexy. Not everyday you see such a nice GT6

Holy moly, what an absolutely beautiful Mk I! A most rare and lovely car, I'm sure you are proud.

Take it from someone who's made the mistake: don't EVER sell that car. IF you do you'll always regret it.

Nice MK I and MK II GT6s are becoming increasingly hard to find in good shape (or bad, for that matter). Hold on to it, you'll be glad you did!

Cheers to you for saving a piece of motoring history.

Thanks guys. Long story on how I missed it once, then chased the last owner until he sold it to me. I don't intend to let it go. The person who did the frame off restoration recovered the dash and dash support in gray, rather than black. I think he liked it up against the Matador Red leather interior. Looks sharp, although I don't expect to win any concours judging. I'm just happy to drive it! I put a few more photos up today.

Regards,
Jeff

Well done, sir.

The quad exhaust looks perfect, set between the mk1 split rear bumpers.

FYI my wife has made it clear that if we ever divorce, she's keeping the car. She loves riding around in that thing. Too bad it will be someone else driving it! :frown:

Stunning GT6! That is one classic car. I think that the interior trim in gray or pearl gray is a nice touch and while I never would have thought of it, I like it. It would be a lot easier replacing the wife than that beauty! Enjoy.
