I'm heading to Watkins Glen tomorrow for my last vintage race of the year with my Spridget. It's been a great year with lots of fun (and thankfully, no major problems). The leaves are wonderful this time of year and we always enjoy this event. I'm sure we'll eat at the Seneca Lodge at least one night.

This will also be the last tow for my faithful '05 Ford van. It's been great, but it's 5 years old with much of that towing to it's limit. I bought a new Chevy Express cargo van yesterday but I'm not picking it up until after I get back. We go on some pretty long runs and I don't want to have to worry about using an older tow vehicle. I've tried that in the past and it can really spoil a weekend if you're worried about the tow vehicle. If I get 5 years out of the Chevy, I'm happy.
Also, a new tow vehicle keeps The Boss happy. Whatever it takes, right?
Might also be the last race for the Spridget for at least a while. I am hoping to get the Austin A35 on the track for the Spring event at New Hampshire. But I'm keeping the Spridget and will probably campaign them both at different events.
I may co-drive in a non-vintage 4-Hour endurance event at Summit Point in mid-Nov.....but that's still up in the air.
