It's Watkins vintage fest eve, and I can't wait.
One of the most popular rallys, the Glenora Run, that will be happening tomorrow has been booked to capacity since May.
Last year I had the oppertunity to navigate for my boss in his replica Cobra, but he waited too long this year and missed being able to sign up. So I had just planned to atend the event, enjoy, and wave at everyone I knew that was participating in the rally.
This afternoon my boss come out and says to me, "I got a call from so-and-so, he blew a head gasket in his GT500 and can't do the run. he's already called the event staff and had all his paperwork transferred to my name. Wanna navigate again?"
HECK YEA!!!!
Pics to follow!!!! gotta get to bed. The Shelby guys are meeting at the Watkins Ford dealer at 0730.
