Jaguar Land Rover is apparently unable to take action against the Chinese company producing an SUV that bears more than a resemblance to its Range Rover Evoque.

Land Rover needs to stop plans for factory and not sell to China.
 
A few years ago Landwind tried to enter the European car market with an exact copy of the Vauxhall/Opel Frontera.
Those guys at Landwind seem to suffer from colletive lack of fantasy, and unable to design something themselves.
