KYB Gas-adjust shocks

Hi all,
I just put a pair of Kayaba gas-adjust shocks on the front of my Spitfire. The front end is now much higher than it was.
Is this normal?
Do the shocks have to 'settle in'?
Did I miss something?

(The nose height coupled with the saggy rear spring makes it look like a TR-7 going down the road backward.)

Thanks,
Don

If your springs were a little soft then, yes it is normal. They will settle a bit, but being they are gas charged they are pushing up on the car along with the springs making it higher. Looks like the rear gets attention now....if it isn't one thing it is something else.

Good Luck
