King Pin Bushings

I am having trouble with the King Pin Bushings for AH 3000 BN7. The ones that were supplied in a kit are so thick that reaming is leaving no grooves for the lubricant. I have read that this has happened to others. Also read that a German supplier provided more dimensionally accurate bushings. Looking for that supplier.
