King pin bushing reamer

I've just used standard off the shelf reamers, but I made pilots to guide the reamers from the opposite ends of each stub axle.

I've never had any trouble fitting new kingpins with these fixed-size reamers, but the last set I did required a bit of hand scraping for a final/acceptible fit.

Sizes are 11/16" and 13/16"

This can be inexpensive provided the machinist does not hold you up making the pilots whee you do not have a lathe.---Keoke
 
I just had mine done at a local machine shop for $100. Doesn't sound too bad when compared to the $870 Moss charges for their tool.
