Hey folks,

OK Now I'm frustrated. I paid top bucks for a dealership to cut me a new key for my 92 XJ6. The very first time I tried it in the ignition it worked great but..........now I can't get key out! Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Keef

Have you contacted the dealership? Seems they should make it right for you.

Those tibbe keys are a pain. Make sure the car is in park, and try squirting some lube down the key into the cylinder. I have seen the electrical portion of the switches go bad and prevent the key from turning all the way to the "off" position.

Thanks guys,

Actually the dealership is going to replace the cylinder at their cost. Yeahhhhhh for the dealership!
