k&n air filter p/n for weber dgv on 1500 midget?

I got my Weber conversion through Moss and requested an additional when I ordered the DGV kit. I dont think they actually have them listed in the catalogs to sell with a part number but if you call and ask for one they will should sell you one. Honestly, those air filters look like they can be cleaned up with some shop air an cleaner and put back on without actually replacing the entire unit. K&N make pretty good long lasting elements.

K&N also used to have a web site with a contact phone number....HTH

Hey I have had my Weber conversion on for only a few weeks and have had it out only a few times. How do you like it? Are you happy with it or do you wish you picked some other carb for the car? So far mine seems ok yet it is still early to say.

I bought the car with the weber already on it, so I don't have anything to compare it to.
I do see a it a little bit slow when getting going from stop. I do get about 34-37 mpg.

Mine's running great now, good power, since ditching the mechanical fuel pump, putting in a Carter low-pressure, and setting the carb correctly. Did a head rebuild and bumped the compression at the same time, so I can't comment on whether the power increase is solely due to the carb.

I noticed it is a little slow off the line also but other then that it seems to run smooth as ever on the highway. I have the mechanical pump still being used but put an in-line fuel regulator with a gauge and have it dialed to about 3 1/2 lbs of pressure.
