K and N Filters for HD8's

Ladies and Gentleman,


Everywhere I look I can only see K and N filters for every type of SU carb but the HD8's on my BJ8. Any ideas on which ones will fit my HD8's? Thanks
 
K & N' website does not even list for later year Healey's so possibly not available?

Wonder if you can easliy adapt them?

I made an inquiry of K&N;
I am trying to determine if your #56-9145 filters can be adapted to fit
on an Austin Healey 1965 BJ8. Can you give me the relevant dimensions of
this filter to determine the fit. Flange layout, height (projection)
length, width.

K&N Europe lists filters for the Jaguar HD8. I have no idea how well they will fit the body confines of a Healey.

Thank you for your enquiry. The 56-9145 is suited to the SU HD8 2" carb.
It has an intake diameter of 1.89". It is 5.9" in diameter and the
height is 2.48". Hope this helps.
