Just something to think about

Pretty ambitious project there!! I would love to see more progress, pix and maybe a video of one up and running!!!

Shoot I would just like to get Miss Agatha running optiomaly stock.

The head looks bigger than the block! How much more performance would this conversion give over an alloy A series head?

Keep the A-series head and just add EFI. Google Megasquirt and read up on it. My A-series 1275 with its old fashioned iron head drove 4K miles from CA to MO and back without a problem and got an average of 37 mpg with a turbocharger. The over-tall exotic head is just an unfortunate bit of baggage that came along with the donorcycles EFI stuff. NOT required for EFI or HP.
