Just an brief intro. I have been a big fan of MG's since I was a teenager. Back in college a friend had an MGA that was t-boned at an intersection. We straightened it out a bit and drove it without doors for several years using seat belts from an aircraft (an RB-66 Hustler). Later I had several years of fun and exasperation with a canary yellow '73 MGB. It had a great engine but wow the electrica system! Finally at the wife's insistence it was sold. I promptly built a BCW MGTC replica on a VW fram. After 5 years I sold it due to not have a garage to keep it from the weather. I just turned 60 and as they say, life is too short to drive an ordinary car. I am looking for a driver at this time and hope to renew my love affair with these great little cars.

Good for you welcome. did much the same myself - except in my case it was a '61 356B convertible that went bibi cos of the ( then ) wife. Find the local MG car club and if poss join. Great bunch of guys that run mean parties. Hope you have room in the garage - once I got rid of the junk and bought a couple of dollies it fits nicely in the back during the inclement winter months with enough room for the other cars
