I did that once - everybody in the bar (including the bartender) ran away.
 
You notice in the story she was arrested a couple day earlier for failure to pay in a Thai place. I can see future stories if this continues calling her "former attorney"...

I would bet someone will file to have her license revoked, just doesn't seem to have officially happened yet. As an attorney my dad sat on a couple of BAR reviews here in OH years ago that took licenses from guys doing questionable things. You never want to be censured by your profession for unprofessional conduct.

I'm often too tired to put on my pants... (per a quote in the article, "Elkins also allegedly refused to put her pants back on, saying that 'she was too tired.' ")

To my defense, usually I am in my bed when this happens.
