My name is John I live in Lakeland FL. I own a TR250 that has been in my family since 69'. My grandfather bought the car and let it rot in his back yard for years. MY dad got the car in 92, we had to cut a tree out from the floor boards to move it. It was then restored fully by my dad over the years. My dad passed away in May of last year in a motorcycle accident. Now I own the car and am interested in joining a car club and going to meets. If anyone knows of any in central Florida let me know. I also need to find someone to adjust the valves. Thanks!!

LilJohn, if you insert image links instead of uploading actual images, you can put as many as you like and they can be as large as you like. Actual images burn up the limited space on Basil's server; while the links don't.

Welcome lijohn..I'm from NY..live in New Mexico but just bought a vacation place in Fl..Okeechobee. Am planning on driving one of my extra cars down there and leaving it, maybe one of my MGBs..

Oh, and just a suggestion ... pick up a spare gasket and run those valves yourself. It's not hard at all, and you can get all the help you need right here.

jackq okeechobee is a nice place

TR3driver I planned on it I've gotta order a new head light, valve gasket, and I've got to get bead trim for driver rear quarter panel motorcycle fell on it
