Tis no darn wonder why these folks do not drive their cars.
 
While watching the Concours de Elegance on HDTV recently I heard them say that one of the requirements is that the cars be started and moved under their own power. They didn't have to drive far, but they did have to drive.
This makes sense to me, you can theoretically build a car that never has to run easier than if it actually has to operate.
They had some real nice cars, Leno was there of course and Wayne Carini along with others - didn't see any Sprites.
 
Yep, says it must start easly. and idle between 1100 and 750.
 
"No visible fluid leaks". Are they sure it was actually British?

No leaks should be pionts deduction. That would be a deviation from like new condition no?

Did not the minister of gaskets back in the 60"s UK die from a steam valve failure in jail or is that a myth?
