24 GA. steel is a bit less resistant to buzz saws 'n tinsnips, too. :devilgrin:
 
Personally ,I thin he was trying to steal it and sell it as scrap.
 
I think that the highway department should consider using old Suburbans as an effective way of removing guard rails that need replacing. A hundred feet gone in a matter of seconds... :laugh:
