Thats what I was taught as well - but come to realize not everyone thinks a log is inorganic.

(get it... natural log is base e, regular log is base 10... I crack myself up on Monday mornings. Just do not throw too many rotten tomatoes my way . )

My mom had a tool to make logs from newspapers. Partially inorganic?
