One of my favorites, from a cabin attendant at the end of a Delta flight about ten years ago:
"Ladies and gentlemen, we want to thank you for choosing Delta. Next time you want to be jammed into tiny seats, fed peanuts, slung across the sky in an aluminum tube at 400 mph, and slammed down onto the tarmac at your destination, we hope you'll think of us."
