John Targett Passes

Offline
Sad news - John Targett has passed away. The following forwarded by Don Munoz:

==========================
After a long and painful fight with cancer, our friend, John Targett, passed away last night, February 4. John had been in hospice for the last couple of weeks where they were successfully managing his pain. John's sister Edwina has been with him for the last two weeks. Funeral arrangements will be made by the family and I will post the information as soon as I know details.

Regarding Targett Motor Sports, John had quite an inventory of new performance parts as well as used 18V engine blocks, crankshafts, transmissions, etc. His nephew, David Matthews, has taken an inventory of new parts and may be of help with parts and components. David can be contacted at: dmatthews2@tenneco.com.

This is a sad day, the MG family has lost a very dear friend and supporter.
