John Loftus???

In a recent post, there was a reference to John Loftus' Healey restoration.

Several years ago, I went to visit John and he had just gotten his car back from paint.

I don't see him around here any more. Does anybody know how he is doing and did he ever get his Healey finished? I know... They're never finsihed, but they can become pleasingly drivable.

I'll be going to Laguna Beach again in January (if not sooner). I'll have to look him up.

I had some contact with him about about a month ago re some marketing matters and he seemed to be in fine fettle and very busy with work. I was happy to help his restoration along by selling him the badges for his 3000, for which he traded one of his outstanding photo prints and a kings ransom in cash. Nice fellow.

It was me doing the reference, I very recently sent him an email asking for layouts on the rotiserie he made for the Healey. He responded straight away with his help. Vey nice guy.
