Does anyone remember seeing photos on the 1967 Sprite that dealer Joe Egle from Kansas City converted to a Bugeye for this daughter? Bugeye bonnet and boot but with rollup windows and a trunk.

Is it safe to assume this is your post on the Bugeye Sprite FB page?

I hope you’re able to make some progress with the family member you were able to locate.

Let me know if you’re looking for information on how to accomplish a boot lid conversion on a Bugeye because an acquaintance of mine has a very nice one that he did.

My Avatar is a cool pic of a BugEye that I found from an Austin Healey enthusiast.
He's also an incredible photographer.
