Job Market in Tennessee?

Since my Wife lost her job,we're looking into possibly moving.
I'd need to find a job,& was wondering what the job market's like there.
Also, we'll be looking into real estate.The Nashville & Eastern Tenn.
is what we're thinking of,but would also consider NC/SC/VA.

Didn't you recently say you've been at Safeway for over 40 years? Might not be a good idea to leave a job you've had so long. Especially to leave a job you know, and move 2000 miles away.

Thanks! - I'll keep that in mind.
I'll have 44 years in October.I'm retired,and working
part time.I can't work over 63 hours/month,or I loose
a month's pension,if I do.This is just in California & -
Hawaii.
If I go to another state,there's no restriction
on hours,but they are no Safeways in the areas that
we're looking at,only around DC.
