Good Day all. I have just gotten all of my photos from the JCNA event at Indy up on a web link JCNA Indy Photos from The Driven Man. There are a lot of high resolution photos to enjoy.
The show featured over 100 Jaguars from Pre-War models all the way up through the current Jaguar offerings, which is a giant gathering here in the States.
The parties, meals and award banquet were held at Union Station, a beautiful train station that has since been retired but has all of the charm of the oldest buildings in America.
It was also quite a treat to see and hear the comments of famous British drive Brian Redman, who regaled us with all kinds of racing stories from his checkered past.
Auto highlights included:
An original D-type
An original XKSS sitting next to the D-type (see photo)
A wonderful 3.5litre Pre-war car
A fully documented Euro-spec 2.8litre XJ6 with a manual transmission, imported by current owner from Italy to the U.S.
The Driven Man 6-Speed 6.0 XJS (shameless plug)
You all know I am a relative novice, being an American Muscle Car nut, but I sure can appreciate the cars at that we saw at this show, and the owners were top notch too. Lot's of everything Jaguar, take a look and please give feedback.
