I think the Vince Guaraldi Trio still is the benchmark for Jazzy Christmas Music.

What's so great about Christmas Music is that you can through in countless chord substitutions and still have it sound like the song.

Yep. Guaraldi really has been the standard (and the Charlie Brown Christmas music).
BTW, I went ahead and ordered this guy's CD (through his YouTube entry point). It should be here any day. :)
