I remember seeing this car (below) being driven by Mark Donahue at Bridgehampton and Lime Rock (in Trans-Am races) back in the 70s.
Penske ditched his winning Camaro team to race these for AMC.
I also recall Amos Johnson and Denis Shaw driving the Team Highball Gremlin that could whip most sports cars at IMSA races in the 70s.
I once drove a pink & black '57 Rambler wagon with push button trans and 327 V8.
That's the extent of my Rambler/AMC knowledge. :laugh:
