Yea, I've run across some pictures of it, although I don't recall the exact location.

Interesting thing to me ... those "ground effect" and hydrofoil craft don't do well in windy weather and choppy seas. Waves and spray cut down the ground effect, and can prevent use as a hydrofoil craft. Seems like photos of the craft show them in calm, almost flat surface water. Not sure it would be a reliable "assault" craft.

I just found it on Google Earth - about mid way down the western shore of the Caspian Sea. Exact Lat/ Long can be seen at the bottom of attached image.
