Jaguar XK 120 Dash. Wood or wrapped?

I am looking at a few XK120 cars. Some have wood dashboards. Others have wrapped leather.

Which is correct & original?

The 120 roadsters were covered in leather, and the drop heads and coupes had walnut veneer covered dashes. Over the last 60+ years, previous owners had their own ideas on how to "restore" the dash.

Guessing it would be difficult to get a leather one nowadays then

A good leather and trim shop should be able to cover your dash. Disassemble and take into shop, let them cover then reassemble it. More time consuming dismantling than covering it,
