"Jaguar" Clothing

Being the owner of an award winning '59 MK 1 Saloon (Just won a first place trophy for "British Touring" at the Maryhill Loops Hillclimb Show & Shine) I now need to dress appropriately (snobby) with a new Jaguar embossed jacket. However, my local clothing store (NAPA) is clean out of coats. Anybody know where I could obtain a real Jaguar coat with the "leaper" on the front so I can impress all my friends who drive Fords!? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/england.gif

Yep, most Jag dealers have info on an "official" line of Jaguar clothing, I think it's actually made in England. Very nice stuff, IMHO.

Like the man said, get your wallet ready, "class" ain't cheap!

Hey Mark,
Congrats on the award. My father and my inlaws were at the Maryhill show. Was going to go, but my wife was on-call, so I had to stay with the kids. I'm sure my inlaws drooled all over your car...they own a Series III E-Type Coupe and a 2000 S-Type 4.0 (which my sister in law nearly totalled about two months ago, and they still don't have it back from the shop.)

As for "where to get Jaguar clothes."

- EBAY!!!!-

There are TONS of coats, jackets, hats, shirts with proper leaper images. And actually, there's a company in Malaysia which is reproducing F1 Team jackets for like $35! The guy who bought my 1970 911T had a Ferrari one, and it was fantastic!

Cheers,
Sam

Thanks for the information guys. My dream would be to come up with a XKE Coupe but I need an automatic due to a previous injury. From what I understand only 2+2's were equipped with an auto. Also trying to find a guy with a coupe who would like to horse trade for a Mk1 plus a little cash is another long shot. Anyway, I thought I would gather some info on jackets and put it on Santa's list for Christmas. Maybe I've been a good boy this year and I might just get my wish........The Maryhill Hillclimb is always a great event with the cars on the museaum grounds and the sunshine and the view..then the race. Sam..hope to meet you next year.
