Jaguar ABS Brake Bleeding

What is the proper procedure for bleeding a 1999 XJR'S ABS brake system. I want to start a program changing all fluids every 2-3 years.

Best with a power bleeder, but I've bled all sorts of ABS brakes the old way. You really have to be careful and not let the fluid get low in the M/C container. Some newer models you might need the key on to keep system energized. I use a glass container filled half way with clean fluid then connect hose to bleeder and put other in fluid and pump until fluid comes clean. Some new systems say start at front, but I have always started with the wheel farthest from M/C and rotate to the nearest. There is a fluid that comes in yellow or blue and some mechanics switch fluid every 2 years or so and you can tell quickly by color when change is done.
