Did some of the 1974 midgets have 2 jack holes on each side of the car? Sorry, I don't know what else to call them!
 
1975 - 79 did because of the new motor/rubber bumpers I believe it kinda threw the old balance point off.
I don't think a 1974 should, however if the rocker panels have been changed someone may have put a later rocker panel on it...

As mentioned, the answer is yes.
