I believe that when the car was delivered the jack, handle and lug wrench were just in a vinyl bag. Is this true? Where was this bag mounted and how do you keep it from rattling when going over rough roads?

Yes was in a black vinyl bag with a tie to close it, had a flap.

Bag was just the cave. No special place. Supose you could stick it under the spare tie down.

It appeared to rattle so much, now it is in a small tool box filled with insulation and straps. The straps were over kill but hey, I would rather work on this car than go to work. I hate my job.
