I've been whooped

Just about half way though a front suspension replacement/rebuild. All poly bushes new swivel axles 550# springs. So far all the normal stuff to do hasn't been a problem and has moved quick. No stuck bolts, lower a arms came right off, shock replacement was painless reassembly went very quick. However all the little things that normally wouldn't be a problem have whooped me. Cotter pins took more than an hour and a half to remove, spent a good 40 min getting the gator off the steering rack and about the same time getting the new one back on. Big hands in a small space brings the pain and then there was that evil clamp. I would have it all wrapped up but ups changed drivers on me and the guy did the note drop and run on my mail box so I don't have the lock tabs for the brake calipers. DPO didn't think they were needed. Its time for a shower and a beer.

Also are the tie rod ends lh and rh threaded? I have one that does not seem to fit.

Both the same, R-H thread.

Right side came out swinging with a baseball bat. Everything is rusted up fairly solid though the cotter pins came right out. Even the BFH couldn't get the bolt that holds the link to the sway bar to budge or the upper link. I can see the shock coming of the crossmember to get the spring out and of course the dpo bashed the inner fender around the shock to clearance the alternator.

Is the CB sway bar smaller than the gt and later RB cars? I know I have a 5/8ths bar on the 75 and if the bar is smaller than that I wouldn't mind upgrading since everything else is being rebuilt.
