I've been jonesin'

Offline
I've been jonesin' for a top down ride... Guess I need to do the brakes on my MGB soon. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

I tried changing the mushy fuel line on my Alfa today, but that didn't fix it's bogging down problem. I guess I'll start changing brake lines on the B tomorrow. Man, it sucks to own two convertible sportscars that aren't driveable. {sigh} /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

believe me, I hear ya!

Surprisingly I hear ya too....I've been craving a cruise in a B for awhile....I drove the LE home from storage about a month ago, and now it's in my home garage jammed between other cars and the pillar so I can't drive it....Today I went out, replaced a fuel line on it that was ify...started it and let it run....But no driving /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif......Guess the TR6 and MGA will have to keep me for now, until I can clear some space in the driveway for the LE.

Went by the body shop that has my 380SL - since I went to Hawaii a month ago - to renew the clear coat...won't be ready for a couple more weeks! I could've had the entire car painted in that time.

105 degrees here today but the wife and kids are out of town so I've got two days to tinker around. Gotta dig under the dash and find out exactly why I was getting coolant on my foot last time I drove it (in the beginning of MAY for chrissakes).

Brutal heat or not I'll be out there bright and early in the morning. I've gotta get a LBC fix or someone is going to get hurt /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Plus this is perfect weather to test if all the cooling system work I did this spring really fixed the problem.

Yes... I know... If it's dripping coolant on my foot I obviously didn't do ENOUGH cooling system work....

I still messing about with finding missing parts and such, just may have gotten em all at this point. Only time will tell.

How 'bout owning 3! All I have is the GT and it's down, shall I say up, while my gas tank is out for a boil.

Weather is supposed to be mid 80's all weekend.

Jack - am going to get your tub Wednesday - stopped by body y'day & they'e going to get it right in when I bring it to them & put primer on it.

Oh boy oh boy, I am just at a loss for words. Will call soonish and see whats what.

Jack,
What are you shooting for as a completion date?

Oh, first of the year or so I should think.

Keep shooting for Dec 1st and you'll make it by year end!
