I've been attacked!

OH! An' she dragged home a loaf of Cuban bread to scoop it up with!

Just succumbed to premature mastication... went in an' butter'd up a chunk of that bread.

MMmmmmmm.

I feel your pain Doc....started back to school three weeks ago and it only took 2 for me to brin ghome th efirst round of this crud....I'm on the downhill side of it though!

Just tossed a 10oz can of "HOT" Rotel diced tomatoes and habaneros into th' mix.

I'll be joyfully draggin' me tongue along th' floorboards soon!

EDIT: T'was as good as could be... I'm goin' torpid now.

My innards are hurtin just readin about that batch-o-lava you got stewin up. Yikes! That definatly oughta take care of any bug you may have got. along with half your stomach lining and two thirds of your upper intestine!!!
Enjoy Doc. Ya know I'd be bummin a bowl of that if I were nearby.

I'm feelin' somewhat less than super about now, Stu.

Decided I want a HUGE batch of spicy-hot home made chili. Herself is bringin' home th' ingredients we don't have here now. I'm even gonna sacrifice a couple of my fresh Thai peppers.

The bug's had me since last Thursday night. The Mrs
cooked a big pot of chili tonight, I downed 2 large bowls and feel the
better for it.

Hahaha...premature....giggle...snort....masti....ha..

My friend Rich used to tell me his two favorite cold remedies were:

1.)A good bowl of chili, or alternately spicy red beans and rice.

2.) Double the dosage of full strength Robitussin (so, two of those little shot glasses of the stuff), then drink as much beer as possible for the next half an hour.

Thanks a lot Doc!Now I'm feeling feverish.
You probably sent it to me from your computer!
(I really am feeling the flu - or whatever).

- Doug

Not on purpose, Doug. This'n started with some sneezing. That was four days ago. I have just been awaken'd with a sneezin' FIT. Musta done it a dozen times. Now can't go back to sleep. sheesh.

Th' chili was excellent. After that I've slept for the last five hours. Mebbe one more bowl.

I think I woulda preferred the sneezing... I was coughing my lungs out. I can't remember the last time I had a cold that kept me up all night coughing. Every time I laid down my throat just closed over.
I'm over the hump, but still snorting and hacking.... pass me some o that chili!
Ahhh.. I did have some excellent homemade pasta fagoli for lunch. and it was properly spicy!!!! I felt better after that!

"Hat a kittkr problem. No matter what I thpe it's all sctewed o.
It's carred aphaese secondard advanced melamomw. To cotes, lot of fain.
It's been ful."

Dave Russell

Had a little problem. No matter what I type it's all screwed up. It's called ?? ?? advanced melonoma.

Basically, it sounds like Dave is not doing too well....in another post he mentions having lost weight and not being able to speak. Anyone else know more? Perhaps its time for us to reach out.......

I would agree with James, with one exception. A superbug deserves nothing less than a double malt. Medicate to the desired level, and maintain.
