It's out! My first engine removal

Good catch there about Drew's good catch. My wife's a helper too, but she's always worried that she's gonna break something (me, not the car). As long as I'm not doing something stupid and dangerous, she's right there with me. For the S&D stuff, it is best to do that when she's not home.

I cut down a couple of 50' palm weeds when she was at my niece's wedding shower. Dropped 'em Ed Zackary where I wanted 'em too. Woulda even had 'em cleaned up before she got home, but killed my little chain saw by not clearing the fibrous crap outa it often enough.

I actually considered driving it like that, but I actually worked on the interior while I searched for the motor. New carpet etc. and I can't quite bring myself to fill it with water on its 1st outing. Oh well, didn't make it out today anyway cause the accelerator cable stuck. Had to make a run and replace it which took the better part of the afternoon. There's always tomorrow..... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Terri, I always carry a spare throttle cable. I've had them either break, or suddenly fray and stick more than once. Usually at the most inopportune time.
