Yep, Paint over it or maybe around if they were ambitious that day! Keep in mind that there would be the driver and two other State Employees in the cab of the truck and one on the back operating the paint sprayer, Another truck following, dragging a caution sign with three employees in the cab, And a truck with yellow flashing lights leading with three employees in the cab.
The very best one I have ever seen was eight employees with eight shovels ONE HOLE, one digger, Seven leaners. Or maby they were making sure no one stole any of the shovels. *SHRUGS*
