It's friday - transportation songs

Oh....if we're going with two wheels then this is it!

The lumberjack at 1:12 - 1:13 - I knew I'd seen that somewhere! Used to be a Lumber Supply place in Albuquerque. Now sits atop May Cafe Vietnamese restaurant (Not sure it's the same lumberjack, but it did once hold a big ax). The Cafe owner decided it was too much of a landmark to tear it down, so if you want to find a good Vietnamese restaraunt, just look for the giant lumber jack.

Not my favorite, but definitely worth an honorable (and belated) mention. Got some neat old video clips & photos too.

And noting that transportation doesn't always require wheels ...

(boy does that bring back memories of my 1960s ...)

The band and the title

and this just popped into my head. (Interestingly Tom Cochrane wrote it after a World Vision trip to Africa)

Surprised nobody has posted this!

Radar Love is one of my favorite driving songs

Continuing on the alternative means of transportation theme, not a huge David Bowie fan, but always liked this one.

Oh....if we're going with two wheels then this is it!

Sorry Dude, my skate board only has four wheels and my snowboard has none.....
