...How you forget the custom wiring you did when you ignore a project for 5-6 years

I know all the colors are right it's just that I have a green hanging off the voltage regulator I am pretty sure that it is the power side . Now I have to find a power input to plug it in to
 
I hate that.

Custom wiring job? I have often had a hard time when working on other peoples cars,the difference between a "custom" job that cannot be decifered and a "hack" job.Been a LBC mechanic for 39 years and could never understand the difference. Inquiring minds would like to know.

Scary..I seem to be able to remember conversations with friends from 40 years ago, but not what my wife asked me to do yesterday morning..
 
I have trouble remembering what she asked me to do an hour ago.

I have a huge reputation as being a perfectionist to an extreme . Some say I am to far over the top
 
Then you'd better not come by my garage - you'd probably go
crazy with all of the un-concourse work.
