Yesterday, when I left home for work: -22 F.
This morning, ditto (yes I work Saturdays): +20 F.

That's 42 degrees warmer -- or put another way, the same difference as between 35 F and 77 F. While still chilly, it DOES feel that much warmer!
 
I hate winter, but it makes me appreciate the other seasons even more, so it ain't all bad.
