I don't want to hijack money pits post about the wonderful sound system he installed. (Didn't mean too if it seemed I may have with my prior reply) You rock money pit!

I think you should start another post about courtesy lights, unless there is one in the archives that you find helpful. I'd be happy to offer help there.

No offence taken about hijacking thread! Feel free to proveide whatever information possible as I'm just as curious. Sorry about giving credits out to those who didn't deserve! So your the sick f*#k :--) Love your ideas! Where do you come up with this stuff?

I searched the forum and found I did a short how to about how I installed my courtesy lights. What's nice about that post, is that some of the other McGyvers chimmed in with how they did theirs. Good reading, good ideas.

Thanks for posting that thread. It is a very interesting read. One thing I couldn't find though was your answer on where you purchased the circuit board...or did you build it?

I purchased it and had to assemble solder it.

For some reason that time delay did not like being in the system and caused some problems. After many attempts to fix the problems it was creating, the fix was to simply remove it. Really not needed anyway.

The push pin in the door worked fine and caused no problems. Open door lights go on. Close door lights go off.

I installed a push on push off switch under the dash, so that I could light up the area while the doors are closed, if needed.
