I sandblasted and powdercoated the battery box cover to the 1968 MGC today. First time experience for me...and it looks so good, I put a bow on it and put it under the tree!
The wife is due home from work in a couple of hours, as are the kids...then we'll do Christmas.
It's drizzling and 37*...and I think I'll pull off the cover to the hot tub, pour me a big glass of Jaegermeister and soak for a while!
Put the slave cylinder for the clutch back on. Played cards with the kids (both over 20) watched the turkey. Opened gifts, played with the dogs (fox terriers). Cloudy day and suppose to rain tomorrow.
Th' hovel came thru the storms fine. All we got was a lot of sideways rain. Pasco County (bit north and east of us) lost homes and property to tornadoes tho. Sad for the folks who're homeless due to a storm on Christmas. Geez.
