Well, for the first time in the last 25 years I’ve put my life in jeopardy! I sat down on SWMBOs new couch and left a nice black grease stain. Everything now depends on your expertise in removing said stain or my life may be over!
Vertical for now, Rut

Please tell us where to send get well cards :rolleye:

Rut,

Got a new couch and 2 recliners coming next week. This is my greatest fear....from SWMBO. The dog will be able to get away with it but not me.

It's been nice knowing you, Rut.

My wife has become an expert at these sort of thing's. I never stop hearing about them though!:frown-new: Her suggestion is to prepare for your funeral or try "Krud Kutter". Also Google....Google knows all...

Also check your home owners insurance if you pay for the premium one it may be covered.

Kurt

Grease is like that. Resistance is futile. Surrender.

Perhaps a manly solution: that orange pumice stuff and a pressure-washer. :p

I’m alive! She used diluted Dawn and blotted up the grease and all is well. I’m sitting in the parking lot while she shops for clothes...I came out ok!
Thanks, Rut

I hope she has your credit card! You dodged a bullet.

Great news, whatever it costs you. I had already written you off.

I suspect there's a nice dinner planned with all this. :rolleye:

Yeppers! My BIL had a heart cath yesterday morning and as we always do, we make as much lemonade as possible. My wife, her sister and husband (BIL) and I drove to Birmingham Wednesday afternoon and I had reservations at a nice restaurant for the 4 of us. Our tradition, regardless of our affliction, is to gather our core group and celebrate life the night before since you never know what can happen. Our BILs cath with ablation was successful and we got home late yesterday afternoon. SWMBO is happy with everything including me and I’ll do the cooking this weekend...she requested bbq pork ribs and we’ve invited friends, family and neighbors to join us. Life is good.
Thanks all, Rut
