Both door on 61 BE rub at the very top of the door frame. Body is straight elsewhere. Paint is worn off at the very top of door (1 inch) and paint is worn at top of frame where door meets it. Any suggestions?

1) Is the door gap at the front correct/can you loosen the hinges and move the door forward slightly?

2) When you jack it up from the middle or one end does the gap change much. There will always be a small change, but if it's a big change you need some combination of new sills/floor/floor stiffeners (although a Frog door gap should get bigger at the top when the flor is rotten)

3) Otherwise, grind a bit off the edge of the door, weld it up again, spray it :eeek:

Is this at the hindge end of the door or the latch?
If its at the latch end it could be your hinges are getting worn. grab the door at the latch end and lift it if it moves up and down your hinges are worn.If this is the case you could try puting some tape around the edges of the door to protect them and loosen the top hinge in the door and lift it up a little and retighten it. Your going to need an extra set of hands to try this.

Hinges are adjustable up and down and in and out at the A post and where the door attaches to the hinge is adjustable forward and back. Lots of options and to get em correct.
