Is the Patton aluminum crank hub enough weight?

FWIW, if you are in the southern California area and like old engines, the Antique Gas and Steam Engine museum near Vista, CA is a must-see. They also have a fair amount of equipment waiting for someone to 'adopt' it (meaning you restore it but it still belongs to them). I'd do that myself (there's a humongous 2-cylinder gas engine that I would love to see run); but it's too far for me. Maybe after I retire and can park my trailer in the back lot ...
 
How about we make a deal? My wife and I and friends from England are hoping to visit the Canadian Rocky Mountains this summer. This region has always been on our bucket list! Maybe we can trade places and you can see R&T! :jester:
