I got some stuff you mix in with clear water in the system andit changes color if exhaust gas gets in the water. I might try that stuff.

Check the height of the seal on your radiator cap if its not long enough to seat properly on the rad seal surface it will suffer the symotomes you are discribing. The boiling point will be lower as the system will not be truly under pressure.
