Head light beam dash light was a bad new bulb.

Think I must pull the tank to get at the fuel guage problem, at least to my satisfaction. Think I will wait till it is something other than full.

My old but nice looking steering wheel goes on too far and grounds the horn ring in side, hehe, I can blow the horn by just pushing on one side of the wheel. Think Mr. Moss will fix with a TT wheel this summer.

So all the electrical is functioning but think I have the wire at the tank grounded as I had to extend it as it did not come long enough, I must look at that connection in any case to make me feel better.

Sounds good Jack, better to drop an empty tank, get the stick out.

My tank has a drain plug.

Mine has one too but I was just thinking of siphoning it into a 5 gallon can. I used to do that a lot when I drove the midget to get gas for lawnmowers, etc. You would probably need a pan for the drain plug, but that would get it all out.
