Interiors what is back behind

My 66 BJ8 has been sitting since 1996 and the interior was taken out of it. I have since forgotten what goes behind the rear interior panels that the parcel shelf pegs slide into. On the wheel arch is it vinyl? carpet? paint only? I havent been able to find any pictures that reveal the secret to me.

Carpet.

What, besides paint, covers the bulkhead behind the rear seat back on my 61 BT7 Tri-carb?

Carpet goes on the fender arches. Otherwise, the area behind the rear side panels are simply painted body color. Don't forget that the springs for the convertible top go in there too.
