I am in the process of redoing the interior of my BT7. The lower panels that fit inside the door pockets are original and very wavy. These are the panels that are pressed into the bottom half of the door. I would like to make some new ones but am not sure what material to use for the panel. The original is a black flexible material but I have no idea what it's called.
Any suggestions on what to use for these panels?

As suggested the trim card is available from the usual suspects online. I would however suggest you consider using Foamex which is the board signmakers use. Its plastic and totally waterproof ( a distinct advantage in my view) I used it in 2.5 mm thickness for the door panels on my 911 R rep' . Very easy to work with and cheap to buy available in black and white .
