Have done some searching through the suggested insurers. None of them want to insure a guy who answers the question, "Are you going to drive it to work?" "Yes." Antique car insurance appears meant to be "show car" insurance with a <span style="font-style: italic">little</span> flexibility, perhaps, but <span style="font-style: italic">not</span> for the daily driver.
I won't drive it in the salt of Minnesota Winter. But, after the roads clear, I intend to drive it to work, the store -- anywhere/time I want to; and I know I'm going to want to.
I currently (so I can drive it) have added it (liability only) to my existing car policy -- not especially cheap, but I'm just going to remove it from the policy when the snow comes so, not too bad either, I guess.
Any pointers for me, from you more experienced TR insureds?
