Instrument voltage regulator - 79 Midget

I'm trying to figure out the correct in and out connections on the under dash regulator. It has two sets of connections, one for a pair of push on female connectors, and one for a pair of push on male connectors. Bently shows the unit, but its not clear which pin is which. The unit is marked top, and one set of lugs has a 'I' above it, which i assume is input.
Can anyone verify. the associated wire colors are G on input side, and LG/G on output to instruments.
TIA
Neil

As you look at the wiring diagram, the unit has a green wire in and a green wire out. That terminal is the top left on the unit. The other terminal has the lightgreen/green going to the instruments.

Stuart.

Thanks, Stuart. Thats what I assumed but needed an independent verification.
